
Starbucks is really onto something with this – starting your day with 30g+ of protein?! But for $7? I don’t think so!
I don’t know about you, but I’m sick of opening a tasty looking recipe and having to scroll through a bunch of bulls*** to get to the actual recipe and ingredients, so here I promise to keep it simple.
The truth is, we are all probably eating less protein than our bodies need. I’m here to provide easy switches to delicious recipes so we can incorporate more protein into our diets without compromising our favorite foods or their taste.
Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso or 1 cup of strongly brewed coffee or cold brew
- 1 cup of Fairlife fat free or reduced fat milk
- Unflavored whey protein powder
- Caramel syrup
Instructions:
- Brew your shots of espresso or pour your coffee and set aside.
- Whisk 1 serving of Unflavored whey protein powder into your Fairlife milk until smooth and clump-free.
- Pour your espresso and protein-milk over ice.
- Add 1-2 pumps of caramel syrup, to taste.
- Mix and enjoy!
